Refund and Returns Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. After we receive the jewelry from your part and examinate well from our high end manufacturers and be sure that it is not placed under any changes from gold, semi precious stones and diamonds we can than refund the money under our refund policy.

Our refund policies cannot be acceptable more than 2 working days under reasonable and following the rules in our terms and conditions.
